The Story

Music has been at the heart of Blake Madison’s life for as long as she can remember. She began her training as part of the world-renowned Washington National Cathedral Choristers—one of the most demanding and respected choral programs in the country. There, she spent years studying music theory, composition, and vocal technique while performing powerful works like Handel’s Messiah on some of the world’s most iconic stages.

Her voice has been heard at the U.S. State funerals of President George H.W. Bush and Senator John McCain, and more than fifty national services at the Washington National Cathedral. She’s also performed at the Kennedy Center, the U.S. Capitol, and internationally at King’s College Cambridge and Oxford University. Those early years taught her not only discipline and precision but the emotional power of music to move people everywhere.

What makes Blake Madison stand out is her ability to bring classical mastery into the modern world. With a voice that’s both powerful and ethereal, she bridges genres by blending orchestral depth with contemporary soul and cinematic production. After years of performing choral and a cappella music in high school and college, she began releasing and performing her own songs, fusing the structure of classical music with the emotion of modern storytelling.

A graduate of The George Washington University with a degree in Public Health, Blake is now pursuing her Master’s while building her catalog as an independent artist. Her upcoming album captures her evolution with a sound that’s bold, emotional, and timeless, redefining what it means to be a classically trained artist in today’s world.
